Franchise Agreement

• 1st 2 weeks free franchise.
• 4 Weeks free franchise per year.
• No hidden fees guaranteed.
• Guaranteed pupils.
• No pupils no fee.

• Franchise fee starts at the beginning of the week at £££ per week with minimum introduction of 5 learners (includes unlimited pupils at no extra cost) using your owner car.

• You must always display ALBA Driving School sign on your car at all the times. 

• You must make sure that we receive the weekly payment at the beginning of the week (this starts after the two weeks free franchise)

• You must give 4 weeks’ notice if you would like to leave us for any reasons otherwise charges may apply for short notice.
• For any reasons if you leave us before the 6 month of starting date you will be liable of the first two week franchise fee.

• We expect you to look professional and be polite with the pupils during the lessons and showing interest to the pupil that learning is taken place on every driving lesson given.
• We will provide all the signs needed.

• You must let the learners know that they should give 48 hours notice if they want to re-book or cancel a lesson to avoid cancellation charges.

• £40 Administration fee charges apply for late payments.
